Our Guarantee:

We hand pick all our flowers 3 times a week from the LA flower market. We do our best to pick the freshest and most beautiful flowers for our designs. Sometimes its difficult to tell if they have been held for a longer time with the growers. We appreciate you understanding and informing us if there are any concerns when you receive your flowers.

To insure long lasting beautiful flowers please add fresh water to your flowers as soon as you receive them because water may spill during delivery. For long lasting blooms, change the water daily and trim the stems every few days. Keep the flowers away from heat and away from fruits.

You can expect the flowers to last 3-5 days. As flowers are a perishable item, some flowers will not last as long. We design with some flowers open and some closed so that you can enjoy the beauty over a few days. Removing blooms as they fade will help the other flowers stay fresh.

If your flowers do not last 3 days, please email us a photo right away so that we can send you a replacement. We must receive photos and any concerns within 48 hours of delivery. It is natural for roses to come with “guard petals” we usually leave these on so the roses don’t blow open right away. These petals may look dry or brown but it doesn’t mean the roses aren’t fresh. You can gently remove them after you receive your flowers.

Orchid Plants:

You can expect plants to last 2 weeks. Add 1 shot glass of water to your orchid once a week. It should be in a well lit room away from heat and direct sunlight. Please do not over water or keep in a chilly room. If your plant does not live for 2 weeks, please email us a photo and we will send you a replacement.

Succulents:

Best place is near a window with direct sunlight. Let the soil dry completely before adding any water. Usually they can go for 3-4 weeks with no water. Misting once a week is great for succulents and orchids, but don’t leave any water standing on the leaves.
